As of today (23rd July 2026) the Greater Cambridge Development Corporation is now legally established. Following the completion of the parliamentary process, this marks another significant milestone in working towards delivering the sustainable infrastructure necessary to support the long-term economic success of Greater Cambridge. MHCLG are putting in place formal governance, with an interim Board being appointed, and look forward to welcoming David Hill as Chief Executive of the Greater Cambridge Development Corporation.
